Constraints and Challenges

In this village, the community has shown tremendous interest in participating in various development activities planned for the village. The challenge here is to maintain that interest and make them aware about the process and procedures to take the development activities. To make our initiatives sustainable we need to maintain a very strong VDC working for the community.

Way Forward

The project received a very welcoming response from the community and district administration. The entry point activities have taken off well. With the support of the community and the District administration, our focus will be to provide domestic water pipeline to each and every household and make the village Open Defecation Free (ODF) in the 1st quarter of the financial year.

We are focusing to bring behavioural change in the village and to adopt healthy and hygienic practices. Our objective in the coming months of the project will be on improving the development indicators of the villages mainly health and education.
